The Property Associate serves as a valuable resource for real estate-related matters and financial transactions within the Homeowners Association (HOA). The role of treasurer is a non-voting board position. Their role involves providing support with property management activities and assisting in the preparation of closing financial statements. Below are the key responsibilities of the Property Associate:
